力士樂(lè)kdv系列伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器維修:F822 Motor Encoder Failure: Signal too Small電機(jī)編碼器故障:信號(hào)太小。Description:說(shuō)明:The motor encoder signals are monitored. 監(jiān)測(cè)電機(jī)編碼器信號(hào)。
If the signal amplitudes as measured via AK1 and AK2 are outside of the allowable region between Uss = 12.0V and Uss = 18.0 V, then the error message appears. 如果通過(guò)AK1和AK2測(cè)量的信號(hào)幅度在Uss=12.0V和Uss=18.0V之間的允許范圍之外,則出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤消息。
The drive becomes torque-free and an optional brake is immediately activated.驅(qū)動(dòng)器無(wú)扭矩,可選制動(dòng)器立即啟動(dòng)。
Cause:
1. Defective feedback cable.

Remedy:補(bǔ)救措施:
For 1. Check the feedback cable.Lay the power cables separate from the feedback cable..檢查反饋電纜。將電源電纜與反饋電纜分開敷設(shè)。
The cable shield must be connected to the drive controller.

For 2. Exchange motor.更換電機(jī)。
Note: This error can only be cleared in parametrization mode (phase
2). As a result of this error, the encoder emulation is switched off.
注:此錯(cuò)誤只能在參數(shù)化模式(第2階段)下清除。由于此錯(cuò)誤,編碼器仿真被關(guān)閉。
