英格瑪特/力士樂驅(qū)動器故障修理：E250故障：Heatsink Overtemperature Warning散熱器過熱警告。The temperature of the heatsink in the drive controller has reached the maximum allowable temperature. 驅(qū)動器控制器中散熱器的溫度已達(dá)到最高允許溫度。
力士樂伺服控制器維修：
Within a time frame of 30 seconds, the drive follows the command value input. 在30秒的時間范圍內(nèi)，驅(qū)動器將遵循命令值輸入。
Consequently, there exists the possibility to shut down the motor with the control so that it remains true to the process.
因此，存在通過控制來關(guān)閉電機的可能性，從而使其與過程保持一致。
(For example close the operation, leave the collision area,etc.)
（例如，關(guān)閉操作、離開碰撞區(qū)域等）
After 30 seconds, the parameter "Best Possible Deceleration, P-0-
0119" set reaction appears during operation.
30秒后，參數(shù)“最佳可能減速，P-0-0119“運行過程中出現(xiàn)凝結(jié)反應(yīng)。
Cause:原因：
1. Deficiency of the drive's internal blower.
驅(qū)動器內(nèi)部鼓風(fēng)機不足。
2. Deficiency of the control cabinet’s climate control.
控制柜氣候控制不足。
3. Incorrect control cabinet dimensioning regarding the head ventilation.
關(guān)于頭部通風(fēng)的控制柜尺寸不正確。
Remedy:解決措施：
1. If the blower fails exchange the drive controller.
如果鼓風(fēng)機出現(xiàn)故障，請更換驅(qū)動控制器
2. Install climitization feature to the cabinet.
將climitization功能安裝到機柜
3. Check the dimensions of the control cabinet.
檢查控制柜的尺寸
1、DKCO1、 DKCO2、DKCO3、 DKC11系列；
2、RAC3.5、RAC2.2系列；
3、DDSO2.1、DDSO3.1系列；
4、DDCO1系列；
5、KDS1.1、KDS1.3系列；
6、KDV1.3系列；
